Time Sheets, Snow Days, Other District Cancellations & Professional Development (PD)

For a regular per diem day or extended day, substitutes report to the main office to check in to receive rosters, a key, other instructions and to sign the daily sign in and out sheet at the beginning and end of each shift. Read below to find out how and when to use the other time sheets.

Yellow Time sheets are used when any substitute is asked to perform duties outside of their work assignment for per diems that is a lunch and one planning period. Extended substitutes are permitted lunch and two planning periods.
